Dear Clients,

We wish you a pleasant stay and we work to ensure that your vacation with Bliss Voyage S.L will be unforgettable, and the property you have selected, as well as recreation organized there will meet all your needs and expectations.

In this connection, please draw your attention to the fact that staying at the villa is very different from staying in a hotel or hotel complex. When renting a villa or apartment there are special rules for booking, payment, and behavior standards.

Tell us about the expected dates of your stay, the property type you are looking for, and your budget.

Our manager will contact you as soon as possible, and based on your requirements and wishes, select options within 24/48 hours.

When renting the selected property, you are invited to carefully read the terms & conditions of accommodation at the villa, as well as the booking terms, and to enter into an Agreement with Bliss Voyage.

By signing the Agreement, the Client confirms that the above terms and conditions have been read, understood and accepted without any stipulations  and exceptions.

 CONFIRMATION OF YOUR BOOKING

Every time a Client confirms a reservation through our company, he / she must enter into the Services Agreement with Bliss Voyage S.L within two business days, in which all the details of the property reserved, the cost and terms of payment are specified.

Please note: Reservation is deemed confirmed only after receipt of balance / full payment on the settlement account of Bliss Voyage. After that, we will send to your email address the Voucher confirming the reservation and rental guide.

PAYMENT

The cost of renting the property is specified in the Rental Agreement.

After confirmation of the reservation and entry into the Agreement, the Client must pay the cost of renting the selected property within 3 business days.

If no payment is made within 3 business days, the reservation is canceled and the Agreement is deemed terminated.

Payment is made by bank transfer to the settlement account of Bliss Voyage, in one or two stages. As of the time of reservation, the Client must pay 50% of the total cost of rent. The second part of payment must be made 45 days prior to the date of arrival.

If the reservation is made less than 45 days before arrival, total cost of rent must be paid in full.

If the Client violates the payment schedule, Bliss Voyage reserves the right to terminate the Agreement and cancel the reservation.

In the second part of the cost of rent is not paid within the specified period, the reservation is canceled and the paid part of the reservation is not refunded.

RESERVATION CHANGE AND CANCELLATION

Reservation Change

If for any reason (including the sale of a villa or force majeure) Bliss Voyage cannot accommodate the Client in the reserved property, the Agency reserves the right to accommodate the Client at the alternative villa of a similar type and cost. Replacement may be made until the day of arrival in the country of stay, inclusive.

 Cancellation 

If the reservation is canceled by the Client the deposit amount paid is not refundable.

INCLUDED AND EXTRA SERVICES

Included Services

Utilities, garden and swimming pool maintenance once a week, minor repairs, Internet access*, cable TV and local taxes – are usually included in the rent. However, each booking may indicate other information.

* At some villas, there may be no Internet access, or it may be not included in the cost, please ask for information in advance!

Optional Services

Our clients can enjoy a variety of optional services for a fee. Some of these services are: cleaning during your stay, cooking, baby-sitting services, extra cleaning of the swimming pool, etc.

FINAL CLEANING

Final cleaning is usually not included in the cost of rent, it is paid extra.

VOUCHER

Details of booking, address, contact details of the Representative or Agency, necessary information and a route to the place of accommodation will be sent to the Client  by e-mail in the booking Voucher upon receipt of the full payment of rent.

Voucher must be presented upon arrival along with passport of the Client or the person Responsible for booking.

         CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME

The standard departure (check-out) time is 10 a.m., and arrival (check-in) time is 4 p.m., unless otherwise specified in the Booking Voucher.

Bliss Voyage will coordinate with the Client the time of arrival and departure, based on the check-in and check-out time of other guests arriving / departing on the same day.

Please inform the staff of Bliss Voyage of any changes in the schedule of arrival of the Client in advance.

DEPOSIT INSURANCE

Security deposit is a cash or non-cash payment, which the Client shall pay as the insurance premium for the Villa. This is held to cover any damage, breakage or exceptional costs (ie extra cleaning, repairs, excessive use of utilities) incurred as a result of your stay in the Villa.

Security deposit is paid by wire transfer to the account of the Owner or Bliss Voyage Company or paid in cash upon arrival to the accommodation.

In case of no damage or loss of property from the Villa, the Damage Deposit is automatically refunded to the Client in full within 7 days after departure (for non-cash payments) or on the day of departure if the Deposit was paid in cash.

The cost of repairs required through the fault of the Client, and also the cost of damaged / lost property will be proportionally deducted from the deposit amount.

DAMAGE TO VILLAS

Each place of accommodation, villa or apartment, is in the possession of the Owner. Tenants and guests must carefully and accurately handle all property, and when departing leave the place in good order and acceptable cleanliness.

In case of excessive and unacceptable damage at any time during the rental period, the Owner, Representative of the Owner or representative of the Agency may require the Client, including his / her guests, to leave the villa immediately without any compensation or refund of the money paid.

Damage to the Villa property caused by the Client or occurred through his / her fault and documented by the Parties to this Agreement shall be reimbursed by the Client on the spot in cash in full.

If the amount of damage or other circumstances do not enable the Client to reimburse damage on the spot, he / she shall solely be responsible in accordance with the laws of the country of stay.

NUMBER OF GUESTS

Number of guests (adults and children) staying at the villa must not exceed the maximum permitted number specified in the Agreement and the Voucher, unless otherwise specifically agreed by the Parties in writing.

Exceeding the permitted number of guests may result in termination of the Agreement and eviction of guests without any compensation.

PETS

                     Pets are not allowed, unless otherwise agreed in advance by the Parties in writing.

USE OF THE VILLA

All reservations are made solely for the Client to accommodate there, and he / she agrees that the use of the villa is limited to this purpose.

If the Client intends to hold any event which implies the presence of a large number of guests, it is necessary to notify Bliss Voyage thereof prior to the reservation and to obtain additional authorization to hold it.

Holding the event without the notification and consent of Bliss Voyage is strictly prohibited and may result in a fine or an immediate eviction of the Client from the place of accommodation without any compensation.

BEHAVIOR AND SAFETY

Villas and apartments offered for rent by Bliss Voyage are in private possession of the Owner.

The Client is responsible for the behavior and compliance with safety rules by the guests staying at and visiting the villa.

Especially careful attention must be paid to the children and their behavior, in particular at the villas with a swimming pool.

Smoking inside the premises of the villa is strictly prohibited.

It is also strictly forbidden to use pyrotechnical device and flammable materials.

VALUES AND SECURITY

The Client can leave or use all values and property at the villa at his / her own risk. Bliss Voyage, or the Owner, or the Owner’s Representative shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property of the Client.

The Client is responsible for the villa during the rental period and must make sure that all doors and windows are securely locked, security system activation is on and valuables are kept in a safe when guests leave the room. Any action or omission on the part of the Client, his / her guests and / or visitors, which can lead to the loss and damage to the property of both the Owner, and the Client shall be the Client’s responsibility.

PRICE FLUCTUATIONS

Once the Client’s reservation has been confirmed, the cost is guaranteed, even if Bliss Voyage changes prices on its Web site.

INSURANCE

We  would strongly recommend that our clients and all member of the party take out adequate  full travel to cover you for the period of your holiday. We are unable to accept responsibility for any aspect of your holiday arrangements beyond our control - for example but not limited to curtailment/cancellation due to travel delay, illness, natural disaster, and act of God.

The owners of the properties accept no responsibility for loss of or damage to your personal belongings, personal liability or other insurable losses.

DISCLAIMER

Bliss Voyage, or the Owner, or the Owner’s Representative do not take responsibility for:

•  any physical injury, illness, death, loss, damage or additional expenses incurred by the Client, his / her guests or visitors, regardless of the cause;

    any vehicle or its maintenance used, hired or rented by the Client or his / her guests during the rental period;

    any failure of the Client or any of the guests to use the villa for the whole or part of the rental period due to the lack of necessary documents and visas, cancellation of or changes in travel plans or delay of flight;

    loss by clients of passports, tickets, baggage receipts and other documents.

    any delay or cancellation of the reservation due to war, threat of war, riots, strikes, terrorist activity (threatened or fact), natural disasters, fires, diseases, weather conditions, actions at the airport or in the port carried out by government or public authorities, technical problems relating to transport and airport regulations caused by technical, mechanical or electrical failure, or any other technical, electrical, plumbing and other problems and complexities that make a stay at the Villa insecure and impossible, or other circumstances included in “force majeure” or natural disasters or other events beyond the control of the Owner.

    decisions of the authorities or those responsible on refusal to use services in connection with violation by the client of the legislation of the country of stay, violation of law and order or the rules of social behavior, passenger traffic or stay at the Villa. In these cases, the cost of services under the Agreement shall not be refunded to the Client.

JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions  shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. In case of disputes and differences relating to reservation and rent of villas that cannot be resolved amicably, both Parties agree to submit the case to the Court of Barcelona in Spanish and English.
